Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by advancedtechnologyholdings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use this platform.

These terms apply to all advertisers, publishers, and API users accessing advancedtechnologyholdings services as of January 1, 2026. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 14 days' written notice.

Use of Services

You may use advancedtechnologyholdings to create and run lawful advertising campaigns. You may not run ads for prohibited categories including malware, illegal pharmaceuticals, unauthorized financial services, or content targeting minors.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboard interfaces, reporting tools, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of advancedtechnologyholdings. No license to copy or reverse-engineer any element is granted.

Ad creatives you upload remain your property. By submitting them, you grant advancedtechnologyholdings a limited license to display them solely for the purposes of delivering your advertising campaign.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your ad creatives and landing pages. advancedtechnologyholdings does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to reject or remove non-compliant ads without refund.

Limitation of Liability

advancedtechnologyholdings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, traffic fluctuations, or third-party publisher actions.

Our maximum aggregate liability to any advertiser in any 30-day period shall not exceed the total amount paid by that advertiser to advancedtechnologyholdings during that same period.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party tracking tools including Voluum, Binom, and RedTrack. advancedtechnologyholdings is not responsible for the data practices or uptime of any third-party service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.

Your Rights

You may request account data exports, campaign performance reports, and billing records at any time through your dashboard. Requests for account deletion are processed within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

advancedtechnologyholdings may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
